 This exceptional lot undergoes a transformative anaerobic fermentation, unlocking a vibrant profile that balances the bright, zesty sweetness of lime cordial and tangerine dream with the crisp clarity of pink lady apple. As the coffee rests, it reveals a luxurious foundation of rich chocolate fudge, a testament to the meticulous care of four generations of producers.
